My work focuses on offering support through interpersonal and systemic challenges, women’s issues, life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and person-centered approaches and am working towards certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I believe in creating a space where mindfulness, self-compassion, and integration of values can guide healing and growth.
